Both these coffee makers use cone shaped filters. As mentioned in our stainless steel coffee offer review, these can be purchased as one time use, paper filters or the permanent metal filters. You’ll have to use your own judgment to decide which filters you prefer.
As far as Gevalia’s coffee goes, you have your choice of all their coffee blends and you get to choose whole bean or pre ground.
